Once a week, anyone in the county, no ID and no paperwork beyond one signed line at the desk. You pick from the shelves what your household actually eats. We are in the old hardware store at 61 Quarry Road, run by about 110 neighbours and two staff.
What we need
Updated Friday 18 September by the pantry. Lines drop off by themselves after their date.
Drop off during opening hours. Nothing opened, nothing past its date, nothing home-made — the why is on the Give page. Or host a drive and print the flyer.
Anyone in the county, once a week
No ID. No proof of income. No appointment. You sign one line at the desk saying your household needs food; that line is the whole form, and the Get food page explains it in plain words and in Spanish.
Choose from the shelves with a points guide by household size, the way you would at a store — except nothing is for sale. Kids, seniors, people who work days: the evening and Saturday hours are for you.
The old hardware store, 61 Quarry Road
Brick front, a ramp at the door, a bench, and shelves that once held paint and nails. Carts and baskets by the door; the desk is straight ahead. Bus route 2 stops at the corner. If you cannot come in, say so at the desk and a volunteer walks the shelves with you or packs a cart to your car.

Built for a food pantry, not a store

Three opening days and a few closures on one staff sheet feed the home page, Get food, the footer, what Google reads and a line for the Business Profile. “Closed today — opens Saturday 9 a.m.” is computed, never typed.
